Robert Half currently has an open position for a results-oriented HR Coordinator who is deeply passionate about growing their career. In this role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties. This position is located in Westlake, Louisiana and is being offered as a short-term contract opportunity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle all administrative tasks for New Hire onboarding
- Work with Supervisor regarding candidates hires
- Prepare paperwork and schedule onsite interviews
- Schedule testing
- Tracking hires in Oracle
- Work with candidates to schedule background, capacity testing, physicals and drug testing, and track to confirm successful completion prior to hiring
- Make employee files, training, personnel, and safety folders
- Filing all employee policy acknowledgements and confirmations
- Work with Safety Manager to schedule Safety Training
- Filing medical documentation
