The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high-level candidate and customer experience, administrative support, and delivering operational excellence to the organization. This will include system support, data and process management, as well as hiring process coordination and improvements to ensure the highest level of candidate experience.Responsibilities but not Limited to:Assist with the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and processing new hire paperwork, including I-9 verificationManage and maintain HR databases and personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy, with an emphasis on ADP data managementOversee the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and document verificationCoordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing through ADPAddress employee relations concerns and resolve grievancesFacilitate training and developmental programsOversee employee performance review cyclesUphold compliance with labor standards and assist during audits or inspections
