Robert Half is working with a well-known company in the healthcare industry in Irving, TX looking for a Temporary HR Generalist for the next 3-5 months. This position is strictly temporary to help while an internal employee is out on leave at the moment and will help support until they come back. This position is Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and is FULLY onsite. As the HR Generalist this person will be responsible for helping with employee relations, benefits, HR policies, and some light recruiting. Job Description:
Assist with employee relation and any conflicts that may come up in the office
Speak with any internal employees on benefit related questions and changes that may need to be made
As the HR Generalist you will be responsible for implementing HR policies to new hires
Will also assist with some light recruiting and working closely with the hiring managers on open positions
Requirements
4 years of HR experience
Previous experience in employee relations is a MUST
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and be flexible when change happens
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Salary : $24 - $30
