Hybrid position available! A client based in Paramus, NJ is currently seeking an Human Resources Generalist to support their group through a restructuring on a long-term contract basis. The Human Resources Generalist will handle a variety of responsibilities including benefits, processing documents for FMLA and other leaves of absence, handling workman's compensation situations, and acting as a backup to the payroll administrator. The ideal Human Resources Generalist will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Administrator or Generalist capacity, will be proficient with ADP software, and will have excellent communication skills.
