Responsibilities
- Utilize various channels such as Careerbuilder and Microsoft Excel to source potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability and compatibility.
- Use the Kronos Timekeeping System for recruitment and hiring processes.
- Process ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for various tasks.
- Use the 'About Time' tool to manage and organize the recruitment process.
- Conduct Background Checks to ensure the safety and integrity of our organization.
- Understand and perform Benefit Functions as part of the recruitment process.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate Documentation throughout the recruitment process.
- Implement effective Hiring Processes to ensure the recruitment of top-quality candidates.
- Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for HR functions
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer
- Experience with Careerbuilder for talent sourcing and recruitment
- Proficiency in the Kronos Timekeeping System for tracking employee hours
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Knowledge of About Time software for efficient project management
- Capable of conducting thorough and legal Background Checks in compliance with company policy
- Understanding of Benefit Functions and their administration in an organization
- Ability to handle Documentation related to HR functions efficiently
- Familiarity with Hiring Processes from sourcing to onboarding.
