You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruitment efforts: screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).Process payroll documents and answer employee questions regarding benefits and compensation.Provide administrative support to HR professionals, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements (as applicable).Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.Assist with employee relations matters, such as processing leave requests and maintaining documentation.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and federal and state employment laws.Prepare reports and maintain HR-related data and spreadsheets.
