Robert Half's client in Fitchburg is looking to add an HR Assistant to their team! The HR Assistant will be responsible for maintaining employee files, supporting recruiting efforts, onboarding, handling I9 Compliance, event planning, relations and more!
Where: Fitchburg
When: ASAP
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Duration: Temp to Hire
Pay: $18-$21 (based on experience)

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
- Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Solid understanding of Onboarding
- Command of employee relations
- Deep understanding of event planning
- Capability to interact with all levels of staff in a rapidly quickly changing environment while maintaining an approachable and appropriate demeanor
