Responsibilities:• Assisting with recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.• Conducting background checks on potential employees as part of the pre-employment process.• Assisting in managing benefit functions within the organization.• Providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.• Handling administrative tasks for the HR department, including maintaining and updating employee records.• Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.• Providing support to the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives.• Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR.• Assisting in the organization and execution of company events and meetings.
