Job Overview:
As the HR Manager for our client's onsite manufacturing plant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all human resources functions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to management and employees. This role requires a hands-on approach to address HR issues, foster a positive work culture, and contribute to the growth and development of the client's workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment and Staffing:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews, select candidates, and facilitate the hiring process.
2) Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
3) HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
4) Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Implement performance management processes to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
5) Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other benefits.
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment.
6) Health and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and report any incidents promptly.
7) HR Reporting:
