Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing costs and identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
- Maintain accurate cost accounting records and assist with month-end close activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand cost drivers and implement cost control measures
- Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analysis for management review
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes related to manufacturing costs
- Support inventory management efforts through regular reconciliations and analysis
- Participate in internal and external audits as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
