Our client in Mesquite, Tx has an immediate need for an Interim Recruiter on a contract basis.
This will be a 6 month contract requiring the Interim Recruiter to be onsite 5 days a week.
A well-respected Robert Half client is seeking a Recruiter to join the company for an interim opportunity. Join our team on a contract basis, where you will be playing a key role in our client's recruitment efforts and will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee recruitment plans; advising managers on hiring best practices; as well as recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
Your responsibilities in this role
- Suggest new policies and practices and monitor job offers and compensation practices in order to increase organization attractiveness
- Manage department records and reports
- Study organization plans and objectives and collaborate with managers on internal hiring needs in order to establish recruiting requirements
- Decide candidate qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Support the onboarding of new hires
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing, with functional department managers
- 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Time-management and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and a detail-oriented mindset
Salary : $36 - $40
