Robert Half is seeking a qualified IT Manager for an opening with a manufacturer in Elkhart, IN. The IT Manager will be responsible for the supervision of four infrastructure support and administrator professionals including team project planning and execution, and annual reviews. The IT Manager will also work alongside his team if need be for various projects and ensure that key technology systems including the local and wide area network, telecommunications, cloud and locally hosted server environments across the company are robust and reliable. Other duties include:
Maintains hardware and configuration, server hardware, OSes, application configuration, telecom/phone system hardware configuration. Establishes Technical standards and procedures. Maintains and prepares system documentation, RFPS, bid proposals, contracts, scope of network reports. Maintains and tests backup, disaster recovery, and IT business continuity plans. Ensures compliance of company and industry security best practices.
Requirements
Requires Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineeringor comparable discipline and at least 3 years related managerial experience. Technology stack is Microsoft products, Cisco networking on prem and Meraki wireless, Hyper-V, Azure, some Citrix.
