Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance, security, and data integrity. Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a small team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to support their detail oriented growth and development. Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely and quality delivery of IT projects and tasks. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
