We need experienced IT Project Managers! Your responsibilities in this role
- Collude with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
- Supplies the daily stand-ups, safeguarding they are brief, focused, and timely
- Co-operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
- Helps to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests
- Supervises deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner
- Forms schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product
- Confirms project with suitable ticket workflows and boards
- Encourage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
- Assembles report from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into an analysis
- Determines the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
- Verify that the functional requirements are tracked, met, and achievable
- Work in close collaboration with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager
- Directs project planning
- Colludes and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers
- Behaves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies
- Creates detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk assessment, and project status
- Works together with Product Owner/Product Manager to confirm that the product vision and high-level business objectives are distinct and workable
- Offers support to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
- Plots and conducts the sprint planning and grooming meetings and tracks ticket assignments
- Follows and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Requirements
- Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management
- You're sure to succeed in this position if you are flexible and focused
- Applicants should have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
- Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets
- Applicants with a Project Management (PMP) certification are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Compliance experience

- Prior experience with Video Conferencing
