Leasing Assistant

Description

An apartment complex in Nottingham, MD is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join their team. This role is pivotal in the real estate industry, focusing on residential property management!

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing inquiries and provide relevant information to potential clients
• Facilitate property viewings and present the features of the residential property
• Utilize Entrata and OneSite software for efficient management of leasing processes
• Prepare and process leasing documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both existing and potential tenants
• Handle administrative tasks and office functions as required
• Assist in sales initiatives related to residential property leasing
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Entrata software is required.
• Experience as a Leasing Consultant is necessary.
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate - Leasing is essential.
• Experience in Property Management is needed.
• Administrative Assistance skills are required.
