What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Servicer position at Robert Half?
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity?! My client is looking to bring on a Loan Servicing Specialist at their site in the Seaport on a Contract to Hire basis. This is a Hybrid position - 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office.
Duties:
- Tracking and processing payments for all tax and insurance policies
- Ensuring that all loan documents are accounted for; following up on missing documents as needed
- Producing Escrow Analysis Statements
- Processing loan payments via wire, check or ACH; research and resolve discrepancies
- Manage and monitor Loan Servicing email inbox
- Handle other tasks to support the Loan Servicing department as needed
Ideal candidate will have previous experience servicing Commercial Loans; a candidate with a strong Residential Loan Servicing background may be considered. Strong attention to detail and strong system skills are required. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
