We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in the non-profit industry located in Williamsburg, Virginia. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling tours, and maintaining our CRM database.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Send out brochures to prospective clients or donors.
- Schedule tours for interested parties.
- Input relevant information into our CRM database.
- Provide administrative support to the director.
- Transfer complex pricing inquiries to the director.
- Ensure all customer service interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Use Facebook Insights and Google Analytics to monitor and report on our brand awareness.
- Assist in creating and managing advertisements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer any basic questions from customers.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Marketing Assistant role or similar
- Proficient in CRM and database management
- Familiarity with EO/IR systems
- Demonstrable experience with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics
- Proven track record in creating and managing advertisements
- Ability to build brand awareness and develop promotional materials
- Experience in designing brochures and other promotional materials
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in answering multi-line phone systems
- Administrative assistance skills and experience
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to team projects and initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
