Robert Half is working with a client who needs a CRM Marketing Manager. We are seeking experienced, knowledgeable CRM Marketing Manager candidates on behalf of a client. This full time employment opportunity is based in the Dallas, Texas area.
Major responsibilities
- A lot of this role is managing the back end of the marketing automation system (Marketo) . This includes CRM management, tracking data on the backend, and organizing data to ensure it's being used appropriately. It's essential to track leads, understand their value, and the expenses associated with acquiring those leads. By having a clear understanding of how the money is being spent, you can optimize the marketing strategy.
- Prioritize execution, they can go grab data, schedule and email, but also understands data and optimizing features, email guy knows what they are sending and why.
- Full functioning, small doesn’t have someone that analyzes data on the back end,
- SMS marketing, volume player, could have 15 - 20 emails going out per week, or more
- So many different activities, very heavy on events, has a lot going on, need to be ok with that volume and smaller team.
Requirements
- Familiarity Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar CRMs.
- Track record of success of managing marketing automation systems. Understanding how systems work and what you can get out of them. Highly organized lots of things going on. Doesn't have project managers on the system side.
- Fit thing, small company little things mean a big deal, a lot of hands on in the system, need to know Salesforce, details, understand the integration between salesforce and things and the flow. Can work cross functionally with sales, IT, etc. If you pull someone out of a large organization there might be some struggle. Comfort for data self starter, figuring thing out
