Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop and a Execute Marketing Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies targeting engineers, procurement professionals, decision-makers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify their pain points, preferences, and communication channels to position our products and services effectively.
  • Develop marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement within the B2B market.

 

2. Manage Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee and optimize the company's digital marketing efforts specifically tailored to the B2B audience.
  • Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Utilize Google Ads and Analytics to drive traffic, monitor campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement effective email and social media marketing campaigns, including creating compelling content and measuring campaign success for the B2B market.

 

3. Support Sales Team and B2B Marketing Needs:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their marketing requirements and provide support in creating effective collateral, presentations, and materials specifically tailored to the B2B audience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to B2B customers.

 

4. Coordinate Tradeshows and Events:

  • Take ownership of planning, organizing, and executing tradeshows and other marketing events targeted at the B2B market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.

 

5. Analyze and Provide ROI:

  • Track and analyze marketing metrics specific to the B2B audience, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on B2B marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations to

 

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in B2B marketing management, preferably within the technology or engineering industry.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing to engineers, procurement professionals, decision makers, and other B2B stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing channels, such as industry publications, trade associations, and online platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing tactics that resonate with B2B audiences, such as thought leadership content, technical whitepapers, and case studies.

 

Desirable:

  • Pardot/Salesforce experience




Requirements

- Experience with Technical White Papers

- Proven knowledge of Sales Support

- Previous experience working with Salesforce Environments

- Channel Marketing experience

- Solid understanding of Lead Generation Programs

- General familiarity with Email Marketing Platform

- Practical knowledge of email marketing

- Practical knowledge of Marketing Content

- Wide ranging experience with email marketing

- Experience with Tradeshows

- Prior experience with Lead Generation Campaigns

- Foundational knowledge in white papers

- Business-to-business (B2B) experience

- General familiarity with SEO

- Well-founded grasp of Email Campaigns

- B2B Marketing experience preferred

- Quality experience with Email Marketing Platform

- Knowledge of Marketing Campaign

- Well-founded grasp of Paid Search Campaigns

- Proven knowledge of Paid Search

- Skills in Salesforce Platform

- Earlier work involving pardot

- Comprehensive knowledge of B2B Environment

- Experience with Optimize Paid Search

- Solid understanding of Integrated Marketing Campaigns

- Proficiency in Online Marketing Campaigns

- Hands-on experience with Drive Lead Generation

- Good understanding of Salesforce Pardot

- Comprehension of Salesforce Marketing

- Expertise in advertising and publishing, in addition to top-notch writing and analytical abilities

- 5 years of marketing experience

- Proven record of expertise with using the Internet and basic office applications, as well as familiarity with design software applications and tools

- Experience with administration and execution of electronic direct marketing campaigns, including database management and analytics

Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
