We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing key marketing projects, coordinating training programs and managing change initiatives within our global marketing team.Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage marketing projects, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 product launches and integrated campaign programs.• Collaborate with operations team to ensure up-to-date training materials and job aids in the learning management system.• Develop, facilitate, and supervise training programs for the global marketing team, identifying skill gaps and learning requirements.• Oversee the onboarding program for new hires, ensuring effective communication and availability of current materials.• Assist in change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and tools.• Maintain accurate project documentation, including training materials, progress reports, and evaluation results.• Manage resources, such as trainers, content developers, training facilities, and materials, to ensure smooth execution of training programs.• Lead new product launches, ensuring alignment with the GTM framework in Smartsheet.• Act as a liaison with different functions in marketing to build dedicated learning paths for the global marketing team.
