- Navigate through Epic software to manage daily operations efficiently
- Handle pre-AR tasks before claims are sent out and follow up once claims have been dispatched
- Work closely with insurance providers to ensure accurate posting of payments
- Respond to patient inquiries, addressing their questions and assisting them in setting up payment plans
- Conduct diligent follow-ups throughout the billing process to ensure all transactions and processes are completed
- Train with the team in the white salmon clinic to understand the in-house procedures and operations
- Utilize skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Medical Billing to enhance the efficiency of operations
- Work on routine operations, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Engage in payment posting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Leverage experience in Billing Functions and Claim Administration to ensure smooth operation of daily tasks.
