Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients both over the phone and in person.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to all patients.
- Check and verify patient insurance details.
- Update and maintain accurate patient information in our system.
- Perform data entry tasks to update records and patient information.
- Utilize medical software such as Allscripts, EHR SYSTEM, and Medisoft effectively.
- Apply proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating charts and graphs.
- Assist with billing functions and clinical trial operations.
- Maintain an understanding of insurance-related matters.
- Utilize technology effectively to carry out tasks.
- Proficient in medical software such as Allscripts, EHR SYSTEM, Medisoft, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with billing functions within the medical industry
- Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs
- Knowledge and experience in chiropractic practices
- Familiarity with clinical trial operations
- Understanding of various insurance policies and procedures
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Must be able to operate standard office equipment such as computers, fax machines, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and others
