- Retrieve medical records from various healthcare facilities for retrospective and prospective reviews.
- Upload retrieved paper and electronic medical charts into our secure system for review and analysis.
- Conduct fieldwork which includes traveling to provider offices within a defined radius.
- Utilize various software applications for retrieving and uploading medical records.
- Independently manage tasks while maintaining effective communication with healthcare providers and team leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) applications such as Allscripts, AHLTA, Cerner Technologies, EHR SYSTEM, and Epic Software.
- Perform auditing and billing functions as necessary.
- Answer inbound calls and provide necessary information and assistance.
- Maintain and update charts and graphs as per the requirement.
