What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Robert Half?
Robert Half is seeking candidates for an open Office Assistant position onsite in El Segundo.
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Friday 8:00am-1pm…Typically remote on Friday’s however we need someone who can commit to being in office on Fridays if/when needed.
Duration: Minimum 14 weeks, potentially longer depending on maternity leave
Possible contract to hire for the right candidate!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shipping/receiving/tracking all packages
- Showroom Prep (7/24-8/4)
- Organize showroom and supply areas
- Supplies and prop order/pick-up as needed
- Organize and track all product samples as they arrive
- Work with building on any communication/paperwork needed for vendors helping
- Be on-site and assist when vendors/internal departments come through for set up
- Tidy all showroom/meeting spaces ahead of sales meetings
- Sales Meeting Support (8/7-9/29)
- Place food orders ahead of meetings set for the day
- Help keep kitchenette/lobby area tidy and stocked with food/drinks
- Greet and manage visitors/assist with parking validations as needed
- Tech support in conference rooms
Requirements
- Required Attributes:
- Has a valid CA license and car
- Personable/professional to be front facing greetings of visitors
- Flexible in that day to day asks will change frequently
- Available to start work at latest by 8/7/23 and willing to work 8-5pm with some days needing a 7:30am start (4:30pm finish)
- Quick learn on various data programs used internally to help pull reports as needed
Salary : $20 - $22
