What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Robert Half?

Able to multi-task, keep track of work, manage time well to complete assignments Answer heavy volume calls daily, probe to take detailed message information Mastery of Microsoft Word Tables and Charts to update information and create new Excellent listening skills to proactively and independently think ahead Communicate as liaison between Spanish speaking clients/staff as needed Possess detail oriented experience is screen new applicants for hiring Receive verbal and written instructions with timely execution Track employee documents and follow-thru until files are complete detail oriented workplace appropriate appearance, demeanor and conduct Scan incoming documents for accuracy and completeness Able to read, understand, interpret and explain company policies Front Office Receptionist duties on daily basis Responsible to maintain regular check on voicemail, fax, incoming/outgoing mail Use office equipment regularly (i.e. desktop computer, copier, scanner) Take and typeset detailed meeting notes

Requirements

Computer Literate (Microsoft Word), some Excel, Outlook, Power point is a plus Type minimum 45wpm with at least 85% accuracy Excellent writing skills for internal and external letters, emails, documentation, etc.

Salary : $18 - $22
