Successful client in the Greater Philadelphia area seeks a tech savvy Office Manager with consumer goods industry experience. In this Office Manager role, you will assist with order entry, processing bookkeeping activities, data management, compliance, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate for this role should have prior experience in office administration, excellent computer skills, outstanding organization skills, and the ability to multi-task.

· Assist with AP/AR transactions
· Resolve billing disputes
· Organize office events
· Monitor internal time off balance
· Provide process improvements
· Coordinate office trainings

Requirements
The ideal Office Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
Other requirements for the Office Manager role include and are not limited to:
· 5 years office management/customer service experience
· Bookkeeping/invoicing experience required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent communication skills
· ERP experience a PLUS
