How you will make an impact
- Support operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
- Help with accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bank/account reconciliation, and expense reimbursement
- Managing the ordering of inventory and supplies, including researching and negotiating prices with vendors
- Own the training, onboarding, and recruiting for new employees
- Resolve all issues including office, employee, and customer related
