Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update client information in our CRM accurately and in a timely manner.
- Schedule client appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and manage calendars to ensure efficient use of time.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of documents, correspondence, and client files.
- Collaborate with supervisor and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination on client matters.
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing mail and email correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong client relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries and concerns effectively and professionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and client management databases.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
