As a Paralegal, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities including handling legal documentation, managing client cases, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Handle and process legal documentation related to immigration and personal injury cases
- Provide full bilingual support in Spanish and English to cater to diverse client needs
- Administer claims and manage calendars effectively to meet all deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression
- Utilize your skills in briefing to prepare comprehensive case summaries
- Leverage your knowledge of personal injury plaintiffs for case handling
- Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
- Employ strong communication skills to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to Read, Write, Speak Spanish
- Experience with Case Management Software
- Familiar with CompuLaw
- Knowledge of Billing Functions
- Ability to conduct Briefing
- Experience in Calendar Management
- Knowledge of Claim Administration
- Excellent Communication skills
- 1 years of Experience with Personal Injury Plaintiffs case
