Media, PA law firm seeking to hire an organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal. Minimum of five years’ experience in litigation support is required. Applicant must have superior proofreading, formatting, grammar and written communication skills, be detail oriented, responsible, reliable, on time, professional, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Applicant must have experience in e-filing, maintaining attorney calendars, organizing discovery, have an understanding of court rules and procedures, understand the litigation process, have the ability to create framework for pleadings and motions for attorneys, and draft simple correspondence such as enclosure and status letters. Proficiency with MS Word, MS Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat is required. Experience in Timeslips, Dropbox, and Excel is a plus. We are looking for a highly experienced litigation support team member used to working in a fast-paced litigation environment. The firm offers a very competitive salary and benefits package including, but not limited to, health insurance, paid vacation, paid personal/sick time, matching 401K and much more. This is a full-time, in-office position with some work from home opportunities after an initial 6-month period.
