Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to attorneys in the Personal Injury department.
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Excel for various tasks.
- Handle Personal Injury Trial cases, requiring significant trial experience.
- Exhibit leadership skills in managing case files and directing legal assistants.
- Perform briefing, calendar management, claim administration, and complaint handling tasks.
- Carry out billing functions to ensure accurate invoicing for legal services.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Personal Injury Law and Personal Injury Litigation.
- Applicant must have proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with Case Management Software is required
- Experience with LexisNexis is necessary
- Demonstrable skill with Management Systems is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Ability to perform Billing Functions is a must
- Experience in Briefing tasks is necessary
- Proficient in Calendar Management
- Experience in Claim Administration is required
- Strong skills in Complaint Handling are necessary
- Trial Experience is a must
- Knowledge of Personal Injury Law is required
- Experience in Personal Injury Litigation is necessary
