In this role, you will enhance and sustain the bank relationship with members by managing electronic ACH payment files, check clearing files, returns, and wire requests.
Responsibilities
- Generate, manage, and post Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, check clearings, returns, and related exceptions.
- Handle online banking ACH external transfers, ACH stop payments, and WSUTs.
- Execute member domestic and international wire transactions.
- Support member check deposits via mail and mobile deposit channels.
- Provide assistance for employee inquiries related to Digital Payments and online banking ACH transfers.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and branches to ensure efficient and high-quality service for members.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and foster positive relationships within the organization and with members.
- Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of the credit union’s products and services.
- Ensure adherence to Federal and State laws, credit union banking regulations, and banking policies and procedures.
