What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Accountant position at Robert Half?
A company in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Payroll Accountant to join them on a contract basis. The Payroll Accountant will be responsible for calculating gross and net payment amounts, reconciling payroll records, payroll data verification and preparing financial reports related to payroll. In addition, the Payroll Accountant will manage payroll records such as changes in compensation, insurance, deductions, and leaves of absence. The Payroll Accountant must be comfortable working with and manipulating large sets of data in Excel. Previous Workday and Workforce Now experience is a plus! This is an on-site position.
