How you will make an impact:
- Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system
- Be the main point of instruction/training contact to employees regarding payroll-related best practices
- Communicate with organization employees via a variety of channels to obtain approvals of timesheets
- Build and run custom reports
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, and photocopying
- Distribute and administer reports as instructed
- Arrange data into spreadsheets and the payroll system
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Payroll experience
- Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
- Outstanding data entry skills
- Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Payroll software experience recommended
- Ability to easily learn new systems
- 2 years of previous payroll experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
