We have partnered with a reputable production company on their search for a Payroll Manager with in-depth knowledge of payroll procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements. In this role, you will oversee the processing of bi-weekly payroll ensuring policies and procedures are being followed, review and approve payroll adjustments, calculate wages, deductions, and withholdings, maintain accurate payroll records and employee data, assist with the month end close process, manage the performance of the payroll department, and prepare the annual payroll budget. Overall, as the Payroll Manager you will ensure the effective use of internal plans and positive employee relations while overseeing the payroll process for the company.
Primary Duties
The ideal Payroll Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

Primary Duties
- Oversee payroll payments both electronic and paper
- Record payroll transactions
- Process financial disbursements and deductions
- Provide management with payroll reports
- Assist with adjustments and payment inquiries
- Review and compute wages
- Maintain and update employee records
- Recommend areas of improvement
- Ad-hoc payroll projects
- Support other functions as assigned
The ideal Payroll Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Other requirements for the Payroll Manager role include and are not limited to:
- 5 years of payroll experience
- 1 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel
- Oracle Fusion Payroll experience a big plus
