Being able to effectively communicate with both internal team members and outside customers is crucial to succeeding on this dynamic, fast-growing team. This Payroll Clerk opportunity is based in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire employment role.
Major responsibilities
- File, scan, fax, and perform other clerical duties as required
- Collect and enter data into spreadsheets and the payroll system
- Correspond with employees via email and phone to garner approvals on timesheets
- Configure custom reports
- Administer instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.
- Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system
- Build a system of administering and distributing reports
