This role is central to our operations and will involve interacting with different departments within the organization.Responsibilities:• Analyze and evaluate procurement needs and develop effective procurement strategies.• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions for efficient management of procurement processes.• Work with the Management System to ensure all procurement activities align with the company's objectives.• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for data analysis, report generation, and documentation.• Manage time effectively using 'About Time' to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to procurement activities.• Handle materials and oversee their distribution across different departments.• Perform various office functions as needed to support the procurement process.• Regularly review and update procurement strategies and processes to drive efficiency.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
