How you will make an impact
- Taking meeting minutes and keeping records of tasks and progress
- Providing support to Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications in order to maintain project deliverable schedules
- Distributing project information to key partners
- Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements for project-related events, including training seminars and conferences
- Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations
- Supporting project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
- Seeking further information to fill in gaps of incomplete documents
- Utilizing online research tools to find information
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
- Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
- Knowledge of Spanish Language
- Translating experience
- Strong familiarity with Spanish Translation
- Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- At least 1 year of business/office experience
- Experience with project management software is a plus, i.e. Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite
- High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
- Proficient with database and file management
- Demonstrated abilities with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
