The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients and project team members. Responsibilities

  • Set project timeline
  • Conduct project meetings
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Review contracts
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings with suppliers and contractors
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them




Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of project coordination experience
  • Experience working with designers and understanding construction floor plans
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to work in office full-time


Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
