We are seeking a Project Manager to support our AV Events team in Anaheim, California. This role involves managing resources, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records for various events. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, requiring an individual with exceptional communication and planning skills.This role will be onsite in Burbank, CA M-Th.Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication related to events via phone and email.• Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule calls for major events, particularly when leadership involvement is required.• Assist the AV team lead in planning support for upcoming events and assigning necessary resources.• Maintain and manage the schedule for upcoming events, identifying and mitigating potential risks in schedule or resource conflicts.• Ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner or escalated appropriately for additional support.• Coordinate and schedule AV Engineers for last-minute events or executive meetings.• Assist the team lead in drafting and completing the daily schedule for Engineers and stakeholders.• Maintain accurate records of all events, including client communications, schedules, and feedback.• Support the Audio Visual Engineering team in other administrative tasks as needed.• Resolve customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
