Robert Half is looking to staff a Purchaser with our rapidly growing client! The Purchaser will negotiate contracts with vendors for the best price and value on new products and services. This may be the role for you if you are an experience purchaser with excellent communication, inventory management and analytical skills.

- Perform cost analyses and write reports on purchases made
- Keep records of purchased products up to date
- Engage with staff and other stakeholders at meetings
- Liaise with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time
- Discuss and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
- Look over products upon delivery and report any issues timely
- Engage with new vendors and products at events, shows, and exhibitions
- Review price and quality of potential products, vendors, and services in order to get the best deal
- Write orders to refill stock based on inventory monitoring
Requirements
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in exemplary analytical, quantitative and social skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
