We're looking for a test lead (who can also work hands on) to be the thought leader in the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of a reusable repository of tools, templates, processes, best practices, and methodologies to manage the planning, estimation, and execution of Testing activities. This position must be able to work closely with all cross-functional teams.
Day to day responsibilities:
Acceptance Testing, Stress/Load Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing
Integration of testing approaches into the PMLC/SDLC
Maintain a working knowledge of all prescribed testing tools for VNA as well stay abreast of emerging testing toolsets and capabilities in the marketplace. Additionally, grow the usage of testing tools throughout the company to add efficiencies and deliver higher quality solutions
Great communication skills
Requirements
Knowledge of IBM iseries
PMI-PMP certification
Good communication skills
