What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Paralegal position at Robert Half?
We are seeking 2 full-time Real Estate Transactional Paralegals to support with transactional practices in San Francisco and the East Bay.
Duties:
- Work independently to conduct title and survey reviews
- Perform other due diligence in connection with purchase and sale and leasing transactions
- Be adept at managing numerous documents and deadlines (including preparing critical dates and memorandums)
- Assist with closings
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of proven real estate transactional/corporate paralegal experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Paralegal certification from an accredited paralegal program (or commensurate experience)
The projected annual salary range for this role is $100,000 - $200,000. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including relevant skills and experience. Salary is one piece of the total compensation package, it may also include firm-sponsored benefits and bonuses.
