- Greet and welcome customers.
- Answer phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
- Provide information to customers as needed.
- Maintain the front office area, including the lobby, waiting area, and reception desk.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of receptionist experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Mitel Phone System
