Our client, a fortune 500 tech company, is seeking a Research Operations Specialist for a 100% REMOTE 8-month contract opportunity. As a Research Operations Specialist, you will build screeners (surveys), then identify users from recruiting platforms and create a participant pool. Once the participant pool is created, schedule sessions with the participants. Schedule via email and coordinate all of the meetings. This role will not require conducting UX research, but will be facilitating/scheduling the interview & research sessions.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for multiple research teams and their initiatives
Identify processes, programs, or products that allow team to capitalize on creative solutions which minimize effort and maximize value
Actively and effectively work with stakeholders to advance research initiatives in a relevant and timely manner
Successfully manage several moving parts to any particular project, remaining mindful of scope, constraints, dependencies, and roadblocks
Track, measure, and report work that is carried out by the team to identify strengths as well as areas for improvement
Become knowledgeable of UX Research practices to effectively create and maintain cohesion between ResOps and UX Research
Identify possible solutions that streamline existing processes, being mindful of integration and automation opportunities
Cultivate an expectation across Product Experience organization that enables and empowers our researchers to conduct world-class UX Research
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience working in SaaS, PaaS, and/or IaaS technology company or industry
Proven experience working in research operations or research program management
Experience creating, managing, or actively using participant management platforms
Must be able to work on multiple projects at a time
Must have an understanding of research requirements
Nice-to-have:
Proficiency using Google Suite / Workspace products
Familiarity with UX Research best practices
Can tactically address bottlenecks, blockers, and holding patterns in a way that results in optimal project completion times
Experience using other UX Research and ResOps platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Ethnio, Respondent)
Can communicate and collaborate comfortably with relevant stakeholder groups (e.g., legal, security, compliance, data science, product management)
Experience in other domains of ResOps (e.g., knowledge management, advocacy, competency, governance, tool management) is a plus
Experience working on teams that have transitioned from reactive to proactive operational states
