- Manage all revenue cycle responsibilities
- Oversee billing and coding functions to insure accuracy
- Process improvement initiatives for the RCM team
- Work closely with the CFO and accounting team
- Direct all billing responsibilities through Maryland State LTSS and MMIS systems
- Assist with monthly and annual audits
- Train and coach other revenue cycle team members
- Manage all compliance related matters for department
- Revenue forecasting
- Special projects as assigned
