Responsibilities:• Assist in administrative tasks including the preparation of quotes, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services• Compile and prepare sales reports and presentations when needed• Participate in the development and execution of sales strategies and marketing initiatives• Manage customer onboarding processes and follow up on post-sales support• Source contact information for potential leads• Oversee daily office operations including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail• Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all health and safety standards are met• Assist in HR functions such as onboarding new employees• Support the finance team with invoicing, expense tracking, and other administrative financial tasks• Manage travel expenses for the executive team• Assist with the organization of office and customer events• Manage messages coming from the 'Contact Us' form on our website.
