What are the responsibilities and job description for the Schedule Planner position at Robert Half?
You could be the new Schedule Planner for John Deere in Davenport! If you are looking to become part of a great company, this is the position for you! This role plans and schedules complex and high impact multiple work centers higher technology manufacturing processes of all current production and service parts.
This is an onsite first shift opportunity there is Overtime currently but is not guaranteed. In addition, this role must be willing to support alterative shifts based on business needs
Duties include:
- Scheduling production parts and service parts.
- Expediting production and purchased parts.
- Coordinating needed parts from other John Deere departments Coordinates the implementation of engineering and material changes.
- Analyzing future production requirements which may include workforce planning strategies to develop recommendations to ensure that machine load and work force can meet the production requirements for the department.
Requirements
Required skills:
- Proven performer within Excel at an intermediate level
- SAP experience is very important for this role
- 4 year degree with 1 year of scheduling experience or 5 years of experience with High School Diploma
- Experience in a cross-functional team environment.
- Comfortable with fast pace of work and changing priorities.
- Desire to learn, Strong written and oral communication skills.
Salary : $23 - $32
