The position requires multitasking, attention to detail, and coordination across various areas simultaneously.Responsibilities• Develop and post schedules and work assignments for the Assisted Living department, ensuring coverage for open shifts.• Respond to scheduling requests related to time off, shift changes, and other scheduling needs while taking into account operational needs and fairness for all staff members.• Ensure timely and accurate employee timekeeping records for payroll processing.• Maintain clear communication with employees regarding time-off policies and procedures to foster a transparent and supportive work environment.• Coordinate the scheduling of staff for mandatory in-services and training, including online training, in collaboration with Assisted Living leadership.• Efficiently and accurately manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams and other web-based computer systems.• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a hospitality focus.• Experience in working with EHR SYSTEM, Microsoft Office Suites, About Time, Clinical Trial Operations, Customer Service, Data Entry, Microsoft Outlook, Answering Multi-Line Phone System, Physician scheduling, Staff scheduling.• Engage with diverse demographics including residents, staff, and others while demonstrating courtesy and a firm approach.
