What you get to do every day...
• Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives, for the delivery of business applications
• Act as a servant leader to the development team and help the team to focus on delivering high-quality work
• Remove impediments and coach the team on agile best practices for developing business applications
• Work closely with the product owner to ensure that the backlog is well-groomed and that the team is always working on the highest priority items for business applications
• Ensure that the team is following the Scrum framework and is continuously improving its processes for developing business applications
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience as Scrum Master
- Solid background in Scrum and other agile methodologies
- Previous experience supporting internal business applications
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Jira, Confluence, Git
- Certified Scrum Master
Salary : $105,000 - $155,000
